One of the questions I’ve asked a few folk is ‘Was it worth the time lost to getting stuff done’ and it’s been a resounding ‘Yes’ Time is so precious so it’s great to hear that it was worth it.
The team’s feedback was positive across the board, they all had fun and it was great seeing everyones’ competitive spirit come to light. Seamless and without a hitch. Like I said, Nicole was awesome, everyone was impressed and she made the event great for all of us. I have to thank her especially, as I was the one pulling all the threads prior to the event, but once she stepped into the role, it was all hers and I could relax and have fun with the team. I could go on and on about Nicole, but let’s keep at a Total Team Building Asset! I could maybe tell you that my favourite game was the “Ball Catcher” (first game), true teamwork; more games like that.
Great program, really engaging and people of all capabilities could participate. Well executed, I didn’t have to do much at all which was great. She was great, full of energy easy to have a joke with. Thank you!
Everyone enjoyed the “Ransom” program. It was unusually hot on the day which caused some issues. Darren and Aaron were brilliant, they set the tone and were happy to adapt the programme when we ran overtime and teams were in danger of heat exhaustion. I was impressed with the co-ordination, it was much better than expected. Thank you for providing such a great program, we would certainly use Total Team Building for other events in future.

The team thought the Adventure Quest was great fun and a great way to get to know colleagues they didn’t know well before. Everyone was on a complete high when they got to the after party and loved that they could see the pictures and watch the videos so soon after the event finished. The Coordination was seamless. Jason was great! People who participated said he was fun and liked the way he ran the event. Many thanks to Jason for a great day!

Lots of fun. Engaging all the way through. Loved the different blend of decision making, physical activity, teamwork and perseverance lessons throughout. Simple and easy to facilitate at our outdoor space. No concerns. TTB were happy to fit into our timeslots and communication in the coordination process was wonderful and simple. Spectacular. Darren was competent and confident and was happy to adjust plans as we went along due to weather restrictions. Darren brought a lot of energy and managed the students well. It’s always nice when I can sit back and just watch and Darren made it easy to do just that. Thanks again. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Would certainly recommend TTB in future.
We all had a fantastic time, were pushed out of our comfort zones and established better relationships with each other – it was also a lot of fun! It was really easy – everything was done in the background with minimal input from us as required. It was clear, concise and entertaining. We all thoroughly enjoyed our Adventure Quest, it had a good mix of fun and brain work. It was very user-friendly. Everything ran very smoothly, and communication was very clear and understandable. Darren was friendly, confident and clear and gave us all the information and help we needed.
Our team really enjoyed the day and the activities. Was really well put together and was a really good experience overall. I think it was excellent, Darren had it all set up really well and his communication leading up to the day and on the day was really good. Really good, as mentioned before, how he explained it to everyone as well as his communication throughout the whole process was really good and very helpful amongst the team. We all really enjoyed the experience. Just like to thank TTB for such a great day and eventful event.

Just another huge thank you to Louisa and the Total Team gang, you were willing to work with us to fit into our very limited budget which as an NFP is really encouraging and meant that we were able to put on a great day for our staff who work so hard. I would definintely recommend the Sports Battle/Barefoot Bocce combination to other corporate teams. It was the perfect balance of healthy competition, fun and a chance to get outside and do some exercise.
What can I say about our Scavenger Hunt – LOVED IT!!! It certainly brought to our attention areas we need to work on within the group! I loved Katie and Darren… helpful, organised and very easy to get along with – Would recommend all businesses to use Total Team Building!!! The day was set up perfectly, no problems at all! This team building was so useful in identifying problems in our working relationships within our teams that we can now hopefully rectify a few problems. I thought our Treasure Hunt was well organised and run and thoroughly enjoyed the day. Luckily I was in the team who won the treasure so that made it even better. Communication beforehand was excellent and the coordination on the day was very well done by Darren and Carrie (and Katie behind the scenes). The games brought out the best in different people and made me appreciate that it takes a team to accomplish a project. Everyone has different skills that all contribute to the outcome. Some are better than others and everyone had a chance to shine.
The Treasure Hunt was a really good way to get us all working together in our teams. There was a good mix of ‘brains and brawn’ used to earn the coins and work out the clues – playing to each of the team members’ strengths. The event was very well coordinated and it ran very smoothly. Paul was a great facilitator, he was on the ball with everything and everyone thought the day was really good – a few people were actually surprised, due to the stigma usually associated with the ‘team building event’. We will definitely be using Total Team Building for our next big event. Thanks guys.
Hi Katie & Darren I would like to thank you very much for the wonderful afternoon my team and I had on Friday. We all enjoyed the Scavenger Hunt thoroughly and had a lot of fun and a pile of laughs. For me, it highlighted some hidden talents throughout my team and certainly brought out the natural leadership skills from some surprising team members and most importantly, brought the team together. Just about anywhere. We are a completely mobile service operating throughout Western Australia. We bring all the equipment, and professional facilitators directly to you, whether thats in the Perth CBD, your school, a local park, or your chosen location. We can run our programs just about anywhere across the Perth metro area, Fremantle, Swan Valley, South West & North West.
Are your programs highly physical? What if some staff have mobility restrictions?
Not at all. Our corporate programs are specifically engineered to be inclusive and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We focus on strategy, communication, and camaraderie, ensuring every single team member is actively engaged without feeling uncomfortable or physically over-exerted.
What happens if it rains on the day of an outdoor event we have booked?
We always provide a seamless weather contingency. Most of our outdoor programs can be easily adapted to be “conference room friendly” and run inside your office or venue, or we can pivot to one of our dedicated indoor programs. We will coordinate with you days before the event if weather tracking looks unfavorable.
How much time do we need to allocate for a program?
We respect your agenda. While our standard programs typically run between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, we can customize the pacing down to the minute to fit into a strict 60-minute conference presentation slot or expand it to fill a half-day corporate session.
Do we need to provide any equipment or hosts?
Zero. We provide a fully facilitated external hosting service. Our professional team handles the entire setup, execution, and tear-down. This allows your team leaders and managers to step back, participate, and build relationships alongside their staff.
