We have hundreds of raving testimonials! Real reviews from clients who handed over the facilitation burden to us and enjoyed a completely hands-off, unforgettable day.
Can you run these events at our office or a specific Perth venue?
Absolutely. We are a completely mobile service operating throughout Western Australia. We bring all the equipment and professional facilitators directly to you, whether thats your office, school, a local park, or your chosen conference venue. We can run our programs just about anywhere across the Perth metro area, Fremantle, Swan Valley, South West & North West. No transport or buses required.
Are your programs highly physical? What if some staff have mobility restrictions?
Not at all. Our team bonding activities are specifically engineered to be inclusive and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We focus on fun, strategy, communication, and camaraderie, ensuring every single team member is actively engaged without feeling uncomfortable or physically over-exerted.
What happens if it rains on the day of an outdoor event we have booked?
We always provide a seamless weather contingency. Most of our outdoor programs can be easily adapted to be “conference room friendly” and run inside your office or venue, or we can pivot to one of our dedicated indoor programs. We will coordinate with you days before the event if weather tracking looks unfavorable.
How much time do we need to allocate for a program?
We respect your agenda. While our standard programs typically run between 1.5 to 3 hours, we can customise the pacing down to the minute to fit into a strict 60-minute conference presentation slot or expand it to fill a half-day corporate session.
Do we need to provide any equipment or hosts?
Zero. We provide a fully facilitated hosting service. Our professional team handles the entire setup, execution, and tear-down. This allows your team leaders and managers to step back, participate, and build relationships alongside their staff.
Do you provide the venue and food, or just the activities?
Because we are a mobile provider we come to your chosen Perth venue, park, or office. We don’t normally handle venue and food bookings as it’s best you deal directly with any establishment regarding venue hire and food/drinks packages. If however it’s an outdoor park, we will typically organise any permits that are needed to run the event.
Can you recommend a suitable venue or location to run our event.
Yes, of course. We have worked at many locations across Perth so we can definitely recommend some suitable venues or parks that will be suitable for your group size and the type of activity you are looking to choose.
What is the minimum and maximum group size you can host?
There is no minimum or maximum. We can host events for a small team of 6 right up to large teams of 500+. We will help you pick the right activity to suit your group size and ensure it’s fun and engaging.
When is the latest we can book our event?
We recommend booking 1–2 months ahead to avoid missing out on your preferred date and time. However, we have the ability to pull events together quickly with short notice if your booking request is last minute.
How fast can we get a formal quote to show our boss or committee?
You will receive a custom proposal with our recommended activity ideas, inclusions and your investment within 24 hours.
Can we modify or customise the activities to include our own company branding and content?
Yes! We are happy to work with you to tailor any of our activities. Some of our App based challenges like Adventure Quest are perfect for this as it allows you to brand the app in your corporate colours, add custom tasks (trivia, videos, photos), incorporate company values, or any other theme. We have created many bespoke games for clients.
Do you offer charity options for CSR initiatives?
Yes! We host highly rewarding CSR programs in Perth, such as our popular Charity Bike Build, Robot Wars, Wish list or Toys for Kids, where your team works together to build items that are donated directly to local Western Australian charities
Can you run an activity concurrently with a sit-down lunch, dinner or drinks?
Yes. We offer flexible programs like Win It In A Minute or Ultimate Trivia that can be split into rounds and run seamlessly between your meal courses or drink breaks, keeping the energy high without disrupting your dining.
We have a hybrid team with some remote staff flying in. Are these activities good for breaking the ice?
They are perfect for it. Our end-of-year programs are intentionally designed to help teams connect and build personal relationships in a fun way. They break down workplace silos, encourage casual communication, and help hybrid teams build deep face-to-face connections before heading into the new year
What happens if someone in our group has mobility restrictions or injuries?
No one gets left on the sidelines. Programs like The Amazing Race or Adventure Quest rely heavily on strategy, problem-solving, and map-reading, meaning less mobile team members can take on vital leadership and cerebral roles without needing to sprint. We can also modify activities to cater for these types of scenarios. Just talk to us and we can advise what activities and programs will best suit if you have team members with mobility restrictions or injuries.
