Can you run these events at our office or a specific Perth venue?
Absolutely. We are a completely mobile service operating throughout Western Australia. We bring all the equipment and professional facilitators directly to you, whether thats your office, school, a local park, or your chosen conference venue. We can run our programs just about anywhere across the Perth metro area, Fremantle, Swan Valley, South West & North West. No transport or buses required.
Are your programs highly physical? What if some staff have mobility restrictions?
Not at all. Our charity team building activities are specifically engineered to be inclusive and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We focus on fun, strategy, communication, and camaraderie, ensuring every single team member is actively engaged without feeling uncomfortable or physically over-exerted.
What happens if it rains on the day of an outdoor event we have booked?
We always provide a seamless weather contingency. Most of our outdoor programs can be easily adapted to be “conference room friendly” and run inside your office or venue. We will coordinate with you days before the event if weather tracking looks unfavorable.
How much time do we need to allocate for a program?
We respect your agenda. While our standard programs typically run between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, we can customise the pacing down to the minute to fit into a strict 60-minute conference presentation slot or expand it to fill a half-day corporate session.
Do we need to provide any equipment or hosts?
Zero. We provide a fully facilitated hosting service. Our professional team handles the entire setup, execution, and tear-down. This allows your team leaders and managers to step back, participate, and build relationships alongside their staff.
Do you provide the venue and food, or just the activities?
Because we are a mobile provider we come to your chosen Perth venue, park, or office. We don’t normally handle venue and food bookings as it’s best you deal directly with any establishment regarding venue hire and food/drinks packages. If however it’s an outdoor park, we will typically organise any permits that are needed to run the event.
Can you recommend a suitable venue or location to run our event.
Yes, of course. We have worked at many locations across Perth so we can definitely recommend some suitable venues or parks that will be perfect for your group size and the type of activity you are looking to choose.
What is the minimum and maximum group size you can host?
There is no minimum or maximum. We can host events for a small team of 6 right up to large teams of 500+. We will help you pick the right activity to suit your group size and ensure it’s fun and engaging.
When is the latest we can book our event?
For charity team building events we recommend booking 1–2 months ahead to ensure we can coordinate logistics with equipment, charities and charity reps to attend on the day (if applicable). However, if your booking request is last minute, please still reach out and speak to us as we can pull together quickly.
How fast can we get a formal quote to show our boss or committee?
You will receive a custom proposal with our recommended activity ideas, inclusions and your investment within 24 hours.
Can we modify or customise the activities to include our own company branding and content?
Yes! We are happy to work with you to tailor any of our activities to fit with corporate or conference messages. We have created many bespoke events for clients. Speak to us how we can customise it for your needs.
Can we choose the charities?
Can you get kids to attend at the end?
For our Charity Bike Build activity, our goal is to get the kids to attend for the finale. However, please understand that this is not always possible and depends upon a number of factors including the charity chosen (Kids are not always available to attend for various reasons), time of day, location etc. If kids are unable to attend we like to organise a charity representative to come along for the formal handover.
What happens if someone in our group has mobility restrictions or injuries?
No one gets left on the sidelines. Our charity programs have a mix of activities that rely heavily on strategy, problem-solving, collaboration and communication. We can also modify activities to cater for these types of scenarios. Just talk to us and we can advise what activities and programs will best suit if you have team members with mobility restrictions or injuries.
