The Charity Bike Build program was great, a good mix of activities that really allowed for our team to collaborate and get the most out of our individual strengths. Being able to gift the bikes directly to the children/carers at the end of the day was a nice touch. The coordination of the event was great, any questions I had in regards to the activities was answered promptly and in simple-terms. The team was excellent in helping me keep the activity a secret. Jason and Louisa were terrific, on-time even on short notice and genuinely dedicated. Thanks for all your hard work in bringing this to fruition.
Our team thoroughly enjoyed the day and were totally exhausted by the end of our Adventure Quest. The activities pushed many out of their comfort zones but the team camaraderie was great so team members felt ok to act a little bit silly. There was a good mix of tasks at each stop, with some being quite challenging which was good for problem solving and working together to find a solution.
Overall the day was enjoyed by all with many many laughs amongst a bit of competitiveness to win. The whole process to organize the event was easy and communication was great.
Nicole was very personable and communicated well. She was on time, explained the day clearly and kept in communication throughout the day and delivered the results well. Thank you for delivering a great event to meet our expectations of a fun, enjoy yet challenging day out for our leaders.

Great organization by team. The lead up to our event was very straight forward and clear. All details were covered and our expectations well managed.
Both Jason and Deryn were great. They were there early to get everything set up and ready to go by the time the team arrived. They set the tone for an engaging, enthusiastic session.
It was a really nice touch to be able to have a rep from the charity available to come and talk to the team about exactly where the bikes were going and what type of work they do.
This was a team with a lot of new people who are based across 2 locations – so the Charity Bike Build was a good way to introduce people to each other. The activities were accessible to all involved and they enjoyed them.
The coordination was seamless. Jason and I spoke a couple of times and all was arranged without a hitch. Jason is an excellent and experienced facilitator – and was able to pitch the activities at the right level. We had a fire drill in the middle and he was able to adapt quickly.

Everyone had a really fun and enjoyable experience on our Ransom program. Time went quick and it was very engaging throughout.
Louisa was super duper from when I first contacted her, very thorough and provided all the info and checked in. It was easy to organize and discuss with her on the phone.

We all had a fantastic time at our Adventure Quest event! It was fun, interactive and pushed us out of our comfort zone at times which was great. We also loved the use of the app which was incredibly functional and easy to navigate!
The event was coordinated really well, we were incredibly happy with the service. It was a smooth and stress-free process from the get go!
The remote facilitation was great. We loved how quickly our submissions were scored/marked which allowed us to recap and determine the “winning” team while having lunch after the event.
Everyone who participated in the Adventure Quest loved the entire event, they loved the challenges and the variety of them.
I thought the coordination was superb, I was kept fully informed on what was happening with the process before the event day which allowed me to be reassured that everything was going well.
Darren was great!! I loved the messaged that he was able to send through to the team’s which kept us engaged and encouraged us to keep making the most of each activity, having updates on how close the points were was also amazing.
Everyone loved our Barefoot Bowls program! Great social activity that is relaxed and fun but also competitive at the same time.

The day went really well. Team games were well received and catered for a variety of different skills and abilities – there was something for everyone within the Survivor.
The program was coordinated well – the games weren’t too long or too short which helped to keep people engaged and participating. Equipment was in good order and rotations through the stations went smoothly.
The facilitators were great- good sense of humour and very friendly. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable day!
