Our Rat Race (now know as the Adventure Quest) was a great afternoon had by all. Drinks at the Belgian Beer Café at the end of the event, all people were talking about how we should have done this and we should have done that Lol, already planning the next event in their heads. Thank god the weather was also on our side. Thank you Rachel, Luke and Total Team Building for a great afternoon. Rachel and Luke were just fantastic at every spot we met up with them. Just a huge thank you to the team for a great day and keep on doing what you are doing.

Darren & Katie provided a first class effort organising and running Brett’s Scavenger Hunt Car Rally (now known as our Adventure Quest Car Rally)!!!!

The event ran very smoothly with a lot of thought and planning to make sure everyone had a fantastic time.

If you are looking for something a little different to a standard bucks, I can highly recommend getting in touch with Total Team Building.

Since the event numerous people who attended have commented that it was one of the best bucks parties they had been too!

We found the process from beginning to end very easy and hassle free! Everyone seemed to have a great time during our Adventure Quest and are all looking forward to seeing the videos and photos from their challenges. The program co-ordination was very professional and accommodating. Even with the short notice we gave, TTB were still able to organize a great event which ran 100% smoothly from off-site. It worked fantastic and Katie was able to be contacted the whole way through if we need to reach out. We would just like to say a big thank you to the team for organizing such a great event with such short notice. You made the whole experience very enjoyable!

The Adventure Quest program was well organized and a lot of fun, it pushed people out of their comfort zone and was a great end to a full week of meetings. The coordination was done at short notice, via email and was well organized. Nicole’s facilitation was great, she was clear in her instructions and made the afternoon a lot of fun.

The team loved the adventure quest. It got them out of the room and cooperating as a team. The co-ordination was great for the event. Nicole was fabulous, everyone listened when she spoke. It was great day. Thank you so much to the team, the event was amazing and I would highly recommend to others.

The questions were great – some of them frazzled our brains, made us laugh and kept us guessing! The activities were fun and some more challenging than we expected!

The coordination of our Adventure Quest was seamless actually, from organizing everyone prior to the event, to the actual day. The team made the day easy from our point of view.

Deryn was instructive before we set off so we knew what to do.  He was fun when we returned and I thought he was very fair in his scoring.

It was a great option for a low key, pseudo competitive team building activity and the Location was great too – Cockatoo Island was a great backdrop to the event.

Our team thoroughly enjoyed the day and were totally exhausted by the end of our Adventure Quest. The activities pushed many out of their comfort zones but the team camaraderie was great so team members felt ok to act a little bit silly. There was a good mix of tasks at each stop, with some being quite challenging which was good for problem solving and working together to find a solution.

Overall the day was enjoyed by all with many many laughs amongst a bit of competitiveness to win. The whole process to organize the event was easy and communication was great.

Nicole was very personable and communicated well.  She was on time, explained the day clearly and kept in communication throughout the day and delivered the results well. Thank you for delivering a great event to meet our expectations of a fun, enjoy yet challenging day out for our leaders.

The team was very excited by the idea of the Adventure Quest felt it was well planned and enjoyed most of the activities. They were asking to do something similar in the future and were coming up with ideas about working with TTB in a broader context in our sites. Darren was great, he supported the concept to be developed into the day and was considerate of the breadth of physical abilities in the group. Katie was lovely and both were supportive and available throughout the planning and delivery of the event. I really enjoyed your flexibility and felt that at any stage throughout the planning and day if I needed anything I would have been able to ask. Thank you for a great day, I will definitely be in touch again for future events.

The Adventure Quest was one of the best networking opportunities within a work environment! It was great fun getting to know the new graduates who’ve joined us and catching up with the older ones.

Very good. There were a few embarrassing moments but I made new friends.

This was a fun activity to finish off the Friday afternoon. It was especially funny watching all the recordings and pictures taken throughout the challenge.

Excellent coordination by Darren.  Really appreciated incorporating our challenge questions and working with me for smooth and seamless delivery. Hi facilitation was excellent. I was amazed how Darren had his finger on the pulse with timing, progress to goals and then sending me the link at the end very quickly. Thanks very much a for a well-organised event and the option for remote organising to keep down the costs.

Our Adventure Quest – We loved it!  This was the second year in a row we’ve booked one of your programs and I had a staff member come and tell me that other than his wedding, this was the best day of his life!!

Extremely professional and well organised!  Support was on hand the whole day and only a phone call away while we were on the road.  All our “special requests” were catered to and helped make the day such a success.

Everyone loved our “healthy” Rat Race (now known as our Adventure Quest). It fitted in well with our wellness & health programs. The co-ordination and facilitation was perfect. We had some awesome feedback: “Loved the yoga session”, “Jason knows his stuff”. Thank you.

We all had a fantastic time at our Adventure Quest event! It was fun, interactive and pushed us out of our comfort zone at times which was great. We also loved the use of the app which was incredibly functional and easy to navigate!

The event was coordinated really well, we were incredibly happy with the service. It was a smooth and stress-free process from the get go!

The remote facilitation was great. We loved how quickly our submissions were scored/marked which allowed us to recap and determine the “winning” team while having lunch after the event.

Jason and the Total Team Building team did an amazing job in helping us pull off a fun activity for our National Conference in Hamilton Island! The team thought the Adventure Quest was great fun and a great way to get to know colleagues they didn’t know well before. Everyone was on a complete high when they got to the after party and loved that they could see the pictures and watch the videos so soon after the event finished. The Coordination was seamless. Our Adventure Quest was great!  The challenges were fun and interesting and catered to all ages/capabilities.

It was very well organised and co-ordinated.  The app is super easy to use and information providing prior to the event was useful.

We all had such a fun time on our Adventure Quest. The tasks were a lot more challenging and hence more fun to try to accomplish.

The co-ordination was great. Email responses were quick and I spoke on the phone a couple of times with Louisa.

She was very patient with us, as we were running late. I also liked that she got enthusiastic with us with the messages and at the end.

They had a great time on our Adventure Quest.  One group commented that it was excellent and they learned a lot about the other members in their team.  The co-ordination was extremely easy, very accommodating with time and date. Nicole was excellent, very friendly and explained in detail what they needed to do.  Thank you, everyone had a great time and it not only made the teams work together it also provided them a bit of stress relief and an enjoyable morning outside of work.

We have received good feedback from team members saying they enjoyed the Adventure Quest. Majority agreed it was a fun team building activity. The co-ordination was good and Darren was professional and thorough.

I thought the Adventure Quest program was fantastic and I have had very positive feedback.  It was very well organized and there were no issues at all. Everything went very smoothly. Nicole’s facilitation was excellent and again no issues at all and very helpful and approachable. The whole event was awesome and I would love to do it again.

We all had a fantastic time, were pushed out of our comfort zones and established better relationships with each other – it was also a lot of fun! It was really easy – everything was done in the background with minimal input from us as required. It was clear, concise and entertaining. The feedback I received from all was that the Adventure Quest was well organized and came with lots of difference elements which catered for everyone in their teams. The co-ordination was perfect!  As usual no hiccups along the way. We have had Nicole twice now and she fits it well with out team and makes it an easy fun process. We will continue to use you for all our Team Building activities.  You are easy to deal with, well organized and very cost effective for the outcome you receive.

Everybody loved the Adventure Quest. They found out new things about Perth and engaged in a variety of new challenges and activities. It certainly brought out the ‘creative’ side of some of our team. It also really promoted team work allowing each team to draw on the strength of individual members  – some are better at reading maps – others are better at asking a passer by to video the craziness. We were kept informed all the way through – from booking to the actual event. Well done. It was easy to have a program made available for the team that didn’t take much of my time at all. Nicole was friendly and informative. She asked appropriate questions prior to putting people into teams and she was really encouraging. We enjoyed the day and I think everyone appreciated the encouraging messages received from Nicole along the way.

Our team gave us loads of positive feedback about our Adventure Quest and there was plenty of sharing of laughs and funny stories from the day.

The event was smoothly coordinated and the process was simple which suits us. Darren was friendly and professional as a facilitator.

We thoroughly enjoyed a really fun day in the sun with our valued team in one of the best locations in Australia.

We all enjoyed the Adventure Quest! It was great to see people get out of their comfort zone and get creative with the assignments. We’re still laughing at the pictures. The co-ordination was good, it was great not to have to worry about the organisation of the activity and being able to fully rely on Nicole/Total Team Building. We just had to give a few basic details and everything was taken care of. Nicole was great! We have quite a versatile group of people but she was great at addressing everyone when explaining the Quest and briefing all the teams separately. She made the activity even more easy and fun and was in touch throughout the activity. She’s definitely a great fit for events like this. We might be in touch again for future events or even our Christmas party in December – knowing now that the organisation is truly taken care of for us, it will be an easy decision to pick one of the other events for future!

I think everyone had a good time, it certainly brought the competitive side out in people and I saw the individuals that showed patience and that were accommodating to each other. It was very educational to watch the second group from an outside perspective. Fortescue will certainly look you guys up again next year for another team building exercise.

We had an absolute ball competing in the Rat Race (now known as our Adventure Quest), it brought out the best in people and showed that together we can all work as a team. Darren and Katie were awesome, they had everything well organized and were a great support, they were very prompt and we would certainly use them again and recommend them for any Team Development events in the future. We loved every minute of our day and will look forward to planning the next event

Total Team Building was the best company that we have used so far for our team building, had lots of great feedback, and I think everyone enjoyed it! The coordination was great and the team was excellent, really enjoyable. A big thank you to Darren and Nicki for their help on the day. We look forward to using your services again next year!

The Adventure Quest activity was fun and very engaging! We loved the variety of challenges and appreciated having some tailored “scientific” questions. I found Total Team Building to be really enthusiastic, helpful and patient particularly regarding our drastic number changes leading up to the event. Darren made himself available for any questions leading up to the day and was very reassuring that he could handle any issues. The activity was well run and Darren was really enthusiastic and friendly. We had a great time and would definitely run one of these events again!

Everyone who participated in the Adventure Quest loved the entire event, they loved the challenges and the variety of them.

I thought the coordination was superb, I was kept fully informed on what was happening with the process before the event day which allowed me to be reassured that everything was going well.

Darren was great!! I loved the messaged that he was able to send through to the team’s which kept us engaged and encouraged us to keep making the most of each activity, having updates on how close the points were was also amazing.

The whole Adventure Quest program was wonderful and the communication was excellent in terms of getting everything setup and ready to go for the day. The co-ordination was wonderful. I didn’t have to think about a single thing as it was all taken care of for me! Basically the only task I had to do was send through the trivia questions and even that was made very easy for me. The app is great and the fact that I could get the images and videos taken from the app almost immediately was amazing! Dean was awesome and accommodated us so well on the day. His communication and grouping together of the staff in their teams was excellent given that there were 100 people all with hangovers! The whole experience was 10/10 thankyou! The buzz in the room following the activity was exactly the outcome that we were looking to achieve.

Just another huge thank you to Louisa and the Total Team gang, you were willing to work with us to fit into our very limited budget which as an NFP is really encouraging and meant that we were able to put on a great day for our staff who work so hard. A superb level of professionalism and communication demonstrated from start to finish, just a great customer service experience!

The teams really enjoyed the activities in the program – there was a great balance of being active, using the brain and being creative.

The Adventure Quest program was the best we have had, even the person that couldn’t walk due to ankle surgery was involved. The feedback over facebook has been very positive. We will definitely use you guys again.  It was fantastic. I kept it from the team, to build up the excitement. Katie and Darren were awesome. We had a great time, the team will be talking about it for a long time.

All of our participants commented on how much they enjoyed the “remotely managed” adventure quest – ALL OF THEM! It was tailored specifically to their needs and physical/psychological requirements; not too easy, not too hard, enjoyable and informative. The process from start to finish was smooth. From original enquiry handled by Katie through to program design and follow up with Darren and on the day logistics by Nicole – the whole team was friendly and professional in ensuring our quest was a success! Thank you. At the conclusion of the quest, results were sent through promptly. Thank you for providing great, friendly service and a great experience all-round!

Unfortunately I was unable to attend the Adventure Quest on the day, but all reports that came back were very positive. Lots of the activities required participants to get well out of their comfort zone which can be scary but really rewarding, now we’ve discovered many hidden talents among our staff that we wouldn’t have before! This was also a great opportunity for us to get staff mingling with people in departments they wouldn’t normally spend much time with, a great bonding experience!

Since we used TTB services last year, we knew we could rely on them to deliver a fun and successful event. Darren always has great energy and a friendly approach. He was clear on his instructions so teams could get on with tasks quickly and he also did a great wrap up at the end. They loved the Adventure Quest! It was an excellent way to spend the afternoon and they all thought the challenges were fun and well suited. I’m never going to hear the end of those medals from the winners – great touch though. The team at Total Team Building did a great job of coordinating our event despite my hold up’s. Thanks for being so patient Katie. Darren was great, very personable and friendly, and explained the event really well to the team before we started.

Thank you to you both for all of your assistance. The whole team of 10 had a great afternoon running around the city completing challenges and I’m sure we provided a lot of entertainment to a lot of people in the city who saw us, while we were at it.
