Health on the Run is a fun and very interactive way to introduce Health and Wellness to your staff. It is like a team building amazing race with a wellness twist.

The program is a transitional style event that see’s teams visiting checkpoints around your chosen location. Each checkpoint visited presents teams with a different health and wellness task to complete before moving on. Teams can expect to encounter things like completing mini fitness challenges, answering health and fitness trivia like ranking food based on the total calories, to completing mini team games. The program can be run either on foot, using bikes, public transport or vehicles depending on your budget.

Remember having good health increases energy levels, reduces sick days and staff can normally retain information much better and increase productivity.
