Our Adventure Quest was great! The challenges were fun and interesting and catered to all ages/capabilities.
It was very well organised and co-ordinated. The app is super easy to use and information providing prior to the event was useful.
Katie was punctual! As soon as we had finished, we received a message and results.

The feedback I have received back from my team and also my opinion is that the Treasure Hunt programme was really enjoyable and was a great mix of thinking, physical and problem solving activities. It was inclusive and fun and stimulated participation and our goal of team building/ team work.
The process from beginning to end was very easy, professional and provided me with a high level of comfort and confidence in it being a success. Very professional and highly organized and implemented.
Nicole was encouraging, motivating and yet not ‘over the top’. Overall I would rate her as excellent. She was relaxed, professional, assisted and was able to provide a balance of support without creating an over competitive environment. She made the whole experience enjoyable and fun and yet building team work and participation.
Thank you – we really enjoyed it and it provide a great opportunity for our team to work together in a different environment.
They all reported that the Win it in a Minute was fun and in some cases – “Better than I thought it would be”.
The co-ordination was great, no problems. Always there and responded to emails and phone calls promptly. Nothing was too hard. The facilitators did a great job. It was very hot and they kept up their energy and stamina.
Our MD is thinking of doing it again mid-year as he was impressed. It helped unite all staff whether from production, warehouse, service or office. We got to spend time with others we don’t normally associate with from different branches and put “faces to names”.
We had fun during our Vault program and it made us work together with different people that we don’t usually work with closely.
The co-ordination was brilliant!
Darren was awesome, he had us engaged the whole time. It was a fantastic day, we all thought the adventure challenge was awesome that we did a couple of years ago, but the team say that this was better as we weren’t competing against each other, and that we had to work together to get the outcome.
The whole team loved our Suvivor, it was different, well organised and fun.
The program co-ordination was cxcellent. On time, I didn’t need to worry about anything. Thanks!!
Darren is a great facilitator 10/10. Really good at keeping everyone engaged, keeping everyone moving and keeping it light and fun.

We all had such a fun time on our Adventure Quest. The tasks were a lot more challenging and hence more fun to try to accomplish.
The co-ordination was great. Email responses were quick and I spoke on the phone a couple of times with Louisa.
She was very patient with us, as we were running late. I also liked that she got enthusiastic with us with the messages and at the end.

The questions were great – some of them frazzled our brains, made us laugh and kept us guessing! The activities were fun and some more challenging than we expected!
The coordination of our Adventure Quest was seamless actually, from organizing everyone prior to the event, to the actual day. The team made the day easy from our point of view.
Deryn was instructive before we set off so we knew what to do. He was fun when we returned and I thought he was very fair in his scoring.
It was a great option for a low key, pseudo competitive team building activity and the Location was great too – Cockatoo Island was a great backdrop to the event.
Unfortunately I was unable to attend the Adventure Quest on the day, but all reports that came back were very positive. Lots of the activities required participants to get well out of their comfort zone which can be scary but really rewarding, now we’ve discovered many hidden talents among our staff that we wouldn’t have before! This was also a great opportunity for us to get staff mingling with people in departments they wouldn’t normally spend much time with, a great bonding experience!
The co-ordination of the program was flawless, communication was great every step of the way and on the day instructions were easy to follow and well communicated.
Just another huge thank you to Louisa and the Total Team gang, you were willing to work with us to fit into our very limited budget which as an NFP is really encouraging and meant that we were able to put on a great day for our staff who work so hard. A superb level of professionalism and communication demonstrated from start to finish, just a great customer service experience!
We participated in Survivor and we all had such a great time. We liked that there were different activities for different skill levels. Everything was great!
Jason was wonderful. He explained everything well, he was encouraging and lovely to deal with. We would recommend him 100%.

The coordination was seamless. The organizer Darren found plenty of time to meet and greet us prior to the event and scope what would work well for our needs and Katie worked diligently with us to allow us to be organized and planned for the day. They really try to fit the experience around your needs and accommodate where possible.
Darren provided great humor, energy and positivity to the event. He provided a clear and concise background to the tasks to avoid confusion and also gave that element of flexibility to ensure the competition was not too rigid or over competitive. Darren controlled the room and the event with ease.
