The team loved it and I have received some great feedback. The team enjoyed being able to connect and have fun whilst all working remotely. It was the first time we were able to get out Field teams involved too, as everything is usually held in person, so it was a great program to hold to be inclusive of all of our staff. Went very smoothly! The flexibility to hold the events over several weeks, and to release them bit by bit was great.
Our team really enjoyed the Raw Canvas program, I think some were unsure about what it would involve, but once we started the engagement level continued to rise and everyone had fun.
I think the co-ordination was done well. It was a simple process, I was able to contact Total Team Building and the facilitator whenever I felt the need.
Jason did a great job on the day, he managed the energy levels of the group and had a great balance of involvement and enabling the participants to make their own decisions.
I look forward to using Total Team Building again.
We really enjoyed the program and the variety of challenges that the young people were able to participate in. It was great to have them come up with team chants before the session began.
The coordination of the event was great. It was easy and smooth and the Total Team Building team was great to work with.
Darren’s facilitation was great. He was able to engage with the young people and keep things interesting for the duration of the event.
Overall I think it was a great event and a great addition to our program 😊
Was good fun and a great exercise. A lot of great feedback and it was enjoyed. I made a deliberate effort to stand back (I am normally in the middle of everything) and watch and be an underling in the process. I wandered a lot of groups do the gofer job for our group and saw plenty of strong interaction and a lot of fun being had.
Rules were clear and they were approachable in the exercise. Will be calling on your services again in the future and would recommend to anyone.
It was really well organised and facilitated by Darren. Giving the gifts to the school children was awesome.
Darren was easy to listen to and kept the event flowing nicely. It was great the way he got the team members to talk to each other and other teams.
It was a great event, a great venue and a fun exercise – everyone got involved which was great. We’ll definitely do one again.

Just another huge thank you to Louisa and the Total Team gang, you were willing to work with us to fit into our very limited budget which as an NFP is really encouraging and meant that we were able to put on a great day for our staff who work so hard. A superb level of professionalism and communication demonstrated from start to finish, just a great customer service experience!
We enjoyed it. One of our team members was super-enthusiastic and he got the rest of us organised. Some of the events put some of us outside of our comfort zone e.g. commentating the weightlifting, but most events were completed by my team members in the spirit of the competition. Most importantly it brought individuals together that wouldn’t normally be associated with one another and made us laugh, so from my perspective it was greatly successful. Many thanks to Sandra, Darren and his team.
It was absolutely fantastic and we really can’t thank you enough. It was amazing how everyone banded together to achieve the outcomes. The little girls were a delight and I was so thankful that you were able to organise it. I think it left everyone a bit speechless!
