Our team thoroughly enjoyed participating in the Cake Off and found it to be a highly engaging and well facilitated experience.
The activity created a positive atmosphere from the outset and encouraged collaboration, creativity, communication and problem-solving in a fun and practical way. It was refreshing to see staff working together in different teams, sharing ideas, adapting to challenges and celebrating each other’s successes throughout the process.
