The staff were very happy with the Charity Bike Build program. There was a very positive buzz in the room while the activities were being carried out and everyone was involved. I particularly appreciated the Make a Wish Foundation volunteers coming in to collect the bikes and tell us about what the foundation does. Darren did a great job in coordinating and facilitating the event. As I only approached you at the last minute, it was great that you were able to provide your service at such short notice.
Over all the feedback regarding our Treasure Hunt was very positive with staff commenting that it is the best Team Building Day they have experienced. Darren was very organized, positive and was able to link the activity to the learning extremely well. He did a great job keeping us on task and on time in a very relaxed way. Thank you for a great day.
Everyone enjoyed our Win it in a Minute program and got involved in the game! Friendly competition! Darren was fantastic! He really engaged the staff, participated in the event and seemed to enjoy being part of the program with our staff. He has everything set up ready for our staff to begin the program and was well organized! I have had two involvements now with Total Team Building and on both occasions communication was thorough and well organized as were the programs! The winners’ medallions were a brilliant and personal touch with our school name and program engraved on it! These were really well received by staff – and I might add – worn proudly around the school the next day! Also the practice time was well utilised!!
We received some very positive feedback from staff. The Scavenger Hunt was something completely different to what we have done as a staff previously. The team building aspect was particularly enjoyed by everyone and interacting will staff that they would not normally interact with on a daily basis. Again, staff commented that the tasks set and overall co-ordination was excellent. Thank you for a great day. It was fun as well as challenging.
Our team thoroughly enjoyed the Survivor program. Interactions, competitiveness, collaboration and team work were all on display. It also presented a great understanding of peoples strengths and weaknesses. Darren was great, engaging and involved, kept the motivation positive. Kept the day interesting, had the right amount of breaks between events. Keep up the great work.
Our Ransom program was creative exciting tricky and fun.
Total Team Building were totally professional and very easy to deal with.
The facilitation was excellent. Darren was in character which made it even more enjoyable.

Our Adventure Quest was lots of fun and well received across the teams, great to see something that worked for different age groups and abilities. The facilitator was very early so appreciate his patience on the day. I was happy with what we booked and it met expectations on the day. Thanks! It’s great to get a link to all the pics at the end so we can enjoy. Equally great that people don’t know about this at the start so they let loose!
The Adventure Quest was one of the best networking opportunities within a work environment! It was great fun getting to know the new graduates who’ve joined us and catching up with the older ones.

This was a fun activity to finish off the Friday afternoon. It was especially funny watching all the recordings and pictures taken throughout the challenge.
Excellent coordination by Darren. Really appreciated incorporating our challenge questions and working with me for smooth and seamless delivery. Hi facilitation was excellent. I was amazed how Darren had his finger on the pulse with timing, progress to goals and then sending me the link at the end very quickly. Thanks very much a for a well-organised event and the option for remote organising to keep down the costs.
The team thoroughly enjoyed the Robot Wars event and found the activities stimulating and challenging. Total team building made the process easy and entertaining – the team had nothing but positive feedback from the event. Darren was a great facilitator, again made everything easy and ensured the event ran efficiently in the time frame. Thanks for the event and the school loved the robots. We look forward to using Total Team Building again in the future. We have also recommended yourselves to the Jandakot Primary School.
The team loved the adventure quest. It got them out of the room and cooperating as a team. The co-ordination was great for the event. Nicole was fabulous, everyone listened when she spoke. It was great day. Thank you so much to the team, the event was amazing and I would highly recommend to others.
