They had a great time on our Adventure Quest. One group commented that it was excellent and they learned a lot about the other members in their team. The co-ordination was extremely easy, very accommodating with time and date. Nicole was excellent, very friendly and explained in detail what they needed to do. Thank you, everyone had a great time and it not only made the teams work together it also provided them a bit of stress relief and an enjoyable morning outside of work.
The feedback I received from all was that the Adventure Quest was well organized and came with lots of difference elements which catered for everyone in their teams. The co-ordination was perfect! As usual no hiccups along the way. We have had Nicole twice now and she fits it well with out team and makes it an easy fun process. We will continue to use you for all our Team Building activities. You are easy to deal with, well organized and very cost effective for the outcome you receive.
Our Charity Bike Build was Brilliant! We have received all positive feedback from the team. We definitely hit the nail on the head with the charity aspect of the activity. The program was very well coordinated by Total Team Building which meant I had to do very little giving me more time to focus on other areas of the conference. The facilitators were great, very friendly and engaging. They quickly gained the attention of the group and the rock, paper, scissors ice breaker was hilarious. Just thank you and hopefully we will get to work together again in the future. I cannot recommend Total Team Building highly enough!
We found the Win it in a Minute team activity really enjoyable and it met our objectives of offering a fun team-building activity which allowed the cluster groups to get to know one another better through focused activities that would have pushed some people outside of their comfort zone. The activity was well coordinated and explained very well by the facilitators who were personable, easy-going and approachable.
A massive THANK YOU to both yourself and Darren for your tireless efforts in coordinating our Team Building! We are very appreciative of all your services and will definitely contact you again for future team building activities. We thought the activities and Charity Bike Build program were well designed to be inclusive and encourage participation by all staff members and suitable for all fitness levels. Total Team Building coordinated the event very efficiently, both on the day and in the lead up to the event, nothing was too difficult. Thank you Katie for all your assistance and frequent communication, you definitely made it a lot easier to coordinate. Darren was engaging, charismatic and well organised on the day. He was able to support the whole group without difficulty and provide clear and concise instructions. Darren also went around to all the groups to assist them when required. The staff all had a great time! We appreciated all the efforts by everyone involved and were also appreciative of our budget constraints and your willingness to work within our budget.
The Ransom program was very well received, the right level of hard and easy and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! The program co-ordination was great. Darren did an amazing job, a total professional who knew how to take command of the room and get everyone up and organized! I think you have this down to a fine art. Thanks again for your facilitation, it really kick started our 2 day forum!
The team thoroughly enjoyed the Pirates of the Swan program, it was great to get out on the water and we had a beautiful sunny day to top it off. The activities are great and so was the chocolate! The day was enjoyed by all! Katie’s flexibility around our changes we appreciated, nothing was too hard or too late for her and I know we likely created re-work for her, we appreciated the fact that nothing felt like too much trouble. I was impressed by her professionalism and high level of customer service. Darren was great, we met him at the Yacht club and he laid out the plan for the day. It was clear and concise, and the team building activity at the end was great too. Just thanks again!!!
Participant Feedback – Survivor:
The Program:
- The program was challenging as well as entertaining. The activities were certainly varied enough to challenge on several fronts while still allowing success and even a few laughs for all who participated.
- Venue was good and convenient but gave us the opportunity to “get remote” from the office so we could focus. Activities were simple to understand (some more complex than others to actually do) and provided a great opportunity to bond in our groups.
- Program was interesting and thus well received by participants.
- Well prepared event with a good selection of team participating activities.
- I really enjoyed it – it was a fantastic opportunity for me to know my team members better and see different side of them.
The Co-ordination:
- The co-ordination was well done and seemed quite well planned.
- Co-ordination was effective and appropriate.
- Games were well organised and well timed. Combined team learning with having fun too. Training leader was well prepared and with an easy-going style, great communication skills.
- Well co-ordinated and executed.
The Facilitation:
- The facilitation on the day was good. Messaging was clear and aligned with the theme of the earlier office based theory activities.
- Excellent for the selected program; relaxing, close by and overall very convenient.
- Facilitator was good.
- Good – it was hard work for one person to facilitate all the activities for 20 people.
Overall:
- Challenging and even a little confronting. Most of all it was Good Fun. Well done.
- Great afternoon and the weather even collaborated – not too hot and the rain just held off.

The Survivor program was fun and engaging for our team. Everyone could participate in some way, shape or form. The competitive sides of our team came out and it made for a good competition. The support into the lead up to the day and the running of the day were exceptional. Darren and Nicole were very clear with their instruction, encouraging and genuinely interested in getting to know our people. They were very efficient and flexible on the day. We have had an overwhelmingly positive feedback from our group. They really enjoyed the day and most people want to participate in a day like this again. Thank you for helping us run a successful team building event. Darren’s suggestion of dressing up and creating a chant pre-event, really made our team communicate and collaborate even before the day began! Even though some people were worried and apprehensive prior to the event, they ended up providing very positive feedback and enjoyed the day!
We had a fantastic day! The Survivor challenge was a great mix of physical and mental challenges. It was great to deal with you Katie, you always answered our questions quickly and made it very easy for us in the lead up to the event – thank you. It was also great to chat to Darren, his conversation reassured me that everything was under control. Nicole and Isla were excellent! They were very patient with us and so easy to get along with.
