Treasure Hunt Program:

It was interesting and challenging.

The team building was really a great experience.

If was a lot of fun which allowed us to develop a more friendly and yet professional relationship among the team.

It was great to be a part of this program. As I hardly get any chance to spend time in the office so it was good to interact with the team and get to know each other.

I thought it was excellent, the mix of activities between physical activities and challenges was perfect.

The activities were fun.

The event was well organized. There was no time that it became boring. It was really exciting all the time. On-field coordination was good

Everything was well prepared.

TTB team was always ready to help and answer our questions about the games and puzzles.

Facilitation:

Nicole did great to set it up perfectly. Everything was all good and ready to go. We didn’t have to face any delay or any issue during the event, so I would say Nicole did outstanding work.

Great, everything went to time and flowed smoothly. A couple of times when we were falling behind we were given little clues to help us solve things, which was great – not enough to change the placings, but just enough to make sure we finished (a perfect balance).

She facilitated well and looked after the teams.

Overall:

Good exercise and fun games.

Thank you.

Over all it was good experience, had some fun and enjoyed the day with the team in a lighter environment.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the “Ransom” challenge and working together as teams to ultimately get to the final location.

The co-ordination of the event was great, everything (including organization leading up to the event) was managed efficiently and meant that our company didn’t have to worry about a thing, except for turning up on the day. Myself and all of the team participated in the Vault Event which allowed us all to interact and communicate openly with one another regardless of positions in the organization. It also allowed some of the less vocal members of the team to have their say and take part which is something we all gained from. But more than anything it provided us with the means to enjoy ourselves and have a laugh with no inhibitions of it being a work event.

The coordination and organization of the event, location, timing and lunch was all taken care of by Total Team Building as a package thus allowing me only one point of contact which made the day more pleasant and hassle free. Thanks to you both for making the day a great one.

The team really enjoyed The Vault and the activities. One of the best aspects of the program was that the group had to operate as one team rather than multiple competing against each other. The feedback/debriefing session at the end was also a very nice touch to the whole session. Everything was well organised and completely prepared for. The only hiccup came from our end with the meeting room not supporting the IPad. Darren was very well spoken, encouraging and very responsive to the team dynamic. Just a huge thanks to you and Darren for a wonderful afternoon!

Our Charity Bike Build program was absolutely fantastic. The team from Total Team Building were professional and efficient, a wonderful event. Having the children come in at the end made it all the more meaningful. Their co-ordination was excellent, they were efficient, prepared and kept the crowd in check. I thought the Scavenger Hunt program was well organized and offered variety of tasks and opportunities for teamwork. My team enjoyed the day and I think we all worked well together. The competitive edge added a level of impetus to the day. I was very impressed with the organization of the event with Katie maintaining contact in the lead up and answering any questions I had. The facilitation on the day was fantastic as Darren is an excellent communicator and showed flexibility on the day. His consideration of the older members of the team was appreciated. I and my team members had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Many team members suggested we should do this every six months and I believe that was due in large part to the way in which the event was organized and facilitated. I have learned a lot about myself and some members of my team through this experience and I thank you for your service.

Everybody loved the Adventure Quest. They found out new things about Perth and engaged in a variety of new challenges and activities. It certainly brought out the ‘creative’ side of some of our team. It also really promoted team work allowing each team to draw on the strength of individual members  – some are better at reading maps – others are better at asking a passer by to video the craziness. We were kept informed all the way through – from booking to the actual event. Well done. It was easy to have a program made available for the team that didn’t take much of my time at all. Nicole was friendly and informative. She asked appropriate questions prior to putting people into teams and she was really encouraging. We enjoyed the day and I think everyone appreciated the encouraging messages received from Nicole along the way.

We have had terrific feedback about our Scavenger Hunt! Staff really enjoyed the chance to spend time with people that they don’t normally hang out with and they also enjoyed exploring the city. They also liked the pace of the day – busy but not crazy. They staff were very professional and approachable. Everyone was impressed by the friendly way that they encouraged all participants. Thanks so much for helping to organise our lunch at Gloucester Park – the food was great.
